The public area from the lobby to the gardens are well kept and courteous and attentive staff are available to assist where this is required. A large swimming pool and sundeck area are complemented by a wide range of facilities for all ages. Spa and gym are also available. The resort is located at the quiet northern end of Pattaya's famous beach, yet has easy access to Pattaya's shopping and varied nightlife. The beach is a few metres away. Transfer by road from Bangkok takes approximately two hours.

The lobby is very large with plenty of seating arrangement. It is bright with natural light and is contemporary Thai style decorated, it conveys elegant yet relax atmosphere with live Thai classical music play every evening. The lobby lounge is on the left handside.
