The hotel is located in the very prime location of Sukhumvit Road (between Soi 11-13). The hotel is only a five-minute walk to the nearest sky train, Nana Station. Travelling from the airport only takes forty-five minutes when using the expressway around the corner.

The lobby is very large with a minimal seating area, a marble floor and a huge chandelier.

The main wing of the hotel is a 7-storey, low-rise, concrete building.

The hotel provides a selection of restaurants. The coffee shop has just been renovated in modern style giving the hotel a pleasant feeling. The Chinese restaurant is on the second floor. Seafood dishes are available.

Superior/Tower: Standard rooms on main wing are medium-sized, 28 square metres, located on 2nd - 7th floor. Rooms have dark upholstery bed and simply amenities. Safe box is at reception. Hair dryer is on request. No internet access in room. Bathrooms are fair with a mix with either shower or bathtub in bathroom.

Standard/Main Wing: Standard Suite, Main Wing room are spacious with 50 square meters with 1 master bedroom and 1 living room which full set of sofa. The furniture is made of dark painted wood which is complemented by dark upholstery. Each room offers a panoramic view of downtown Bangkok. The bathrooms are in good condition.

Privilege/Tower Wing: Privilege Suites at tower wing are newly renovated. Rooms are extra large with 70 square meters, with 1 master bedroom and living room, luxury decoration. Rooms located at 26th floor. It is the same floor as Privilege club. Room features with flat screen television, satellite channel, coffee, work station and sofa corner. Bathroom is with bathtub. Guests have private check-in, out and breakfast at Privilege Lounge 26th Floor as well. Only Kingsize bed is available, no twin bed.

Privilege Suite: Rooms are newly renovated over the carper floor. Rooms are large with 35 square meters. Room features with flat screen television, satellite channel, working table, coffee and sofa corner. Bathroom is with bathtub. Guests can have breakfast at Privilege Lounge 26th Floor as well.
